Information Cuddlebrook Handles
Cuddlebrook does not require an account and does not ask for an email address, phone number, mailing address, precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera access. The game has no place to type anything in, so it never collects a name or any other text you write.
The game stores the information needed to keep your shelter running: your shift progress, animals, adoptions, rooms, items, achievements, and settings. This information is used only to provide the game's features.
Where Game Information Is Stored
Game information is stored locally on your iPad. Cuddlebrook Studios does not operate a server for the game and cannot view or retrieve your game save.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Cuddlebrook does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling. It does not sell personal information.
Children
Cuddlebrook is rated 4+. Play does not require an online account, public profile, free-form public posting, advertising, or disclosure of contact information. The game does not collect personal information from children or any other player through a developer-operated service.
Retention and Deletion
The game save remains on your iPad while you keep the app installed. Cuddlebrook has no in-game option to erase your saved progress. Deleting the app removes the saved progress along with it, because the save lives only on your device.
You can remove the app, and its save, using the controls Apple provides on your device. Because Cuddlebrook Studios cannot access your private game save, the studio cannot retrieve or delete that save on your behalf.
Security
Cuddlebrook limits game storage to the device and does not operate a separate game-data server. No storage method is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but the app minimizes exposure by avoiding unnecessary collection and transmission.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if Cuddlebrook's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
